It is covered with acid-resistant and anti-UV enamel, which protects the tank against mechanical damage and solar radiation. It is insulated with high-density polyurethane foam, which prevents heat loss and reduces operating costs.
The buffer tank is equipped with a heat exchanger made of SUS316L steel corrugated pipe, which allows the tank to be connected to various heat sources.
The heat exchanger has a large cross-section and length, which ensures high heat exchange efficiency and quick water heating. The heat exchanger has 1 inch threaded connections for easy installation and removal. The buffer tank also has a 2,4 kW electric heater, which is used to heat water in the absence or insufficient amount of heat from other sources.
SHIZEN CO has a capacity of 200 liters, which is enough to meet the hot water needs of a family of 4-5 people. The tank has a diameter of 54 cm and a height of 148 cm, which allows it to be easily placed in a boiler room or other technical room.
The buffer tank has a rated pressure of 6 bar and a test pressure of 9 bar, which guarantees safe and reliable operation. It also has a T/P safety valve that protects the tank from excessive pressure and temperature.
